![]() We spoke to security who was not told what was going on. We also confirmed it was not an additional guest that was assigned the same room. Each time they acted like it was the first time hearing it and they ended up offering us a new key- not a new room, a new key. I called back 4 times in 15 minute intervals speaking to both Rita and Tiffany. We promptly called the staff and they said there were no male housekeepers, they had no idea who this person was, and they’ll look into it. During our stay, a man entered our room with a master key pretending to be housekeeping. ![]() If you want a relaxing night before or after your flight, stay somewhere else. If you want to be treated with respect, stay somewhere else. If you want to be safe, stay anywhere else. Neither did management or the Hilton parent company. Rita and Tiffany, the staff in charge, did not do anything about it. Front desk confirmed there are no male housekeeping staff and he was 100% NOT housekeeping. TLDR a man entered our room pretending to be housekeeping.
